In 1981, Euramex established its corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia (USA), a city that enjoys constant and consistent
growth. Euramex believed this move would place it at the dynamic core of both regional and international enterprise in the
southeastern United States. Its foresight proved true when Atlanta was honored as the host of the 1996 Centennial Summer
Olympic Games. Since that time, Atlanta has continued to mature into a true international city, attracting citizens and
commerce from near and far.

The research and acquisition arm of Euramex operates under the name M.T.S. - Realty Group. With a full-time real estate broker
on staff, MTS Realty identifies new geographical areas and then carefully examines the market to determine whether a commercial
or residential development would best be supported. Before committing to a project, we conduct expert investment analysis
and strategic financial planning, spending numerous hours surveying the area market, economics and cultural demographics.
With the assistance of financial managers, architects, engineers, construction experts, landscape architects and interior
designers, our pledge is to provide a prestigious address our residents will be proud to call home.
CONVEST
Convest is the nucleus of our team, bringing together the expertise to build a superior product. This division of our group is adept in the construction of multifamily residences as well as office, retail and lodging facilities.
Before construction even begins, the Convest team calculates a careful budget, researching each product for cost effectiveness and durability. This planning helps to reduce costs and the need for capital improvement expenditures in the long term.
Attention to detail is another outstanding characteristic of Convest Construction. Not only are the best materials used, but careful thought and consideration is given to the installation of these materials. Because Convest builds with the long-term perspective of an owner, our construction is top quality.
As a compliment to its wide experience in construction and renovation, Convest also places its signature on all aspects of landscaping, including landscape and hardscape design and installation through its affiliate, Grassco.

WESLEY APARTMENT HOMES
Through its management sector, Wesley Apartment Homes, Euramex operates and controls over 5,000 apartment units in more than a dozen communities throughout the metro Atlanta area. Our holdings include revitalized, moderately priced communities, high-end luxury communities and an exclusive high-rise in Atlanta's financial and social center.
Our varied portfolio allows us to expand our knowledge of the marketplace and achieve higher standards. This versatile approach is what distinguishes Wesley as a leader in apartment management.
DESIGN
Our team utilizes the newest technology in interior and exterior design available today. In fact, our latest design - which we call our "Smart Apartment" - includes wiring for multimedia, high-speed Internet access, multiple phone lines and even a small computer network.
Because our communities provide not only the basic necessities for living, but rather luxuries typically found only in single-family dwellings, many of our residents are "renters by choice" - those who can financially afford to purchase a home but choose instead to stay with us.
